| Player Eligibility |
| -Registration of additional players can be made by phone or email: Phone- Mike 663-2759 Email- rosters@ultimatetouchfootball.com |
| -All players must play a minimum of 6 games per team to be eligible for the playoffs. |
| League Fees |
| -$1125 per team + $56 GST (Insurance fees are included) -All league fees to be paid in full by Wednesday, April 29th, 2009. |
| -Any player ejection for a major foul or abuse of an official carries a mandatory minimum 1 game suspension (Next game). -Ejections for major fouls carry suspensions from 1-8 games. -Gross misconducts carry suspensions from 6-16 games. -Fighting carries a minimum 6 game suspension. -Abusing an official carries a minimum 16 game suspension. |
| -1st default- $50 team fine credited to opposing team, and loss of 2 points in the standings. -2nd default- $100 team fine, $50 credited to opposing team, and loss of 2 points. -3rd default- Team will be removed from league. |
| -Converts can now be returned for a score by the defense equal to the value of the convert attempted by the offense. |

| -Following the opening day of the regular season, all roster additions must be submitted 24 hours prior to playing to ensure proper review. |
| -Team captains are required to submit their registered players roster to the League on or before Wednesday, April 29th, 2009. |

| Adoption of Ontario Touch Football Rulebook - Effective for the 2009 Season |
| - Teams MUST have a minimum of 7 players at the beginning of the game. Teams have a 15 minute grace period from the start of the game if need be to meet the minimum. |
| Effective for the 2009 Regular Season, the UTFL has adopted the Ontario Touch Football Rulebook. The following however are exceptions to the Ontario rules; |
| - All games will consist of four 20 minute quarters. (Regular Season & Playoffs) |
| - Converts can be returned for a score by the defense equal to the value of the convert attempted by the offense. (1 or 2 points) |
